How to Nominate for the Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumni awards have been created in an effort to recognize graduates of Ticonderoga High School who have succeeded in their personal and professional lives. Alumni selected will have distinguished themselves by virtue of their contributions to community and/or society as well as to their careers. The goal of the awards is to introduce positive role models to the Ticonderoga High School community and the achievements of these outstanding alumni should inspire students and encourage them to adopt high aspirations. Prospective Distinguished Alumni are nominated by people like you. Each year the Alumni Committee will select awardees based on nominations submitted by Ticonderoga community members, families, alumni, as well as faculty and staff. Nominations will be considered by the Nomination Committee which consists of previous award recipients, alumni representatives from the community, and a member of the Alumni Board of Directors. A special induction ceremony will be held during the Annual Alumni Golf Tournament Weekend at the end of July. The Committee reserves the right to request additional information from nominees.
Honoring those individuals who have made a difference
If you know of a prestigious alumnus who has distinguished himself/herself through career, community service, and/or socially responsible endeavors, who will be a positive role model for students, and who graduated from Ticonderoga High School at least 10 years ago, please submit your nomination now by filling out the submission form online.
